Selina Shanthini (born 2000 in Zurich) is an artist with a Bachelor’s degree in Art Education from the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK).

As a child, she often found refuge in her own imagined worlds — places of fantasy, curiosity, and creativity where she felt most at home. This connection to inner worlds has continued to shape her artistic practice. Since the age of 19, she has been creating her own artworks, exploring colour, emotion, the body, and the spaces between reality and imagination.

Through figurative painting, Selina Shanthini constructs emotional spaces in which colour becomes a psychological landscape. Bodies appear less as portraits than as vessels for memory, intimacy and imagination. Between softness and intensity, her paintings invite feeling before understanding.
